Item Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact the Corn Maiden Gallery as soon as possible.

1. Returns and exchanges on items must be within 6 days of the delivery confirmation date.

2. Any goods or jewelry that have been used, worn, washed, altered, adjusted or damaged WILL NOT be accepted for return, exchange or refund.

3. Goods returned must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase ie; invoice or receipt and must be re packaged with the same care to avoid damage.

4. All goods returned will be at the customer’s expense.

5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. For hygiene reasons, we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.

7. We love to keep our customers happy, however we do not except returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
