Peter the Great Cypher Pin. Czar of Russia 1682 – 1725, established the first public museum and founded the city of St. Petersburg. The cypher (monogram) is adapted from a pattern repeated along the walls and ceilings in the Vault Room of the Hermitage. Made of 14kt gold plate over lead free pewter.
